Chamonix Sotheby's International Realty is looking for two employees

Two independent sales consultant (M/F) positions are available within the Chamonix Sotheby’s International Realty network. Specialised in prestigious real estate and the sale of exclusive properties, the agency is looking for two sales consultants to complete its team and define new sectors ranging from Servoz to Vallorcine.

We are looking for two different profiles:
• a senior consultant who can justify several years of experience in real estate
• a “beginner” consultant who can justify work experience in another domain and who wants to change careers (or who has just completed their studies in real estate). He or she will be supported by the whole team for his or her career start.

You will work as an exclusive sales agent under contract with the agency. You will organise your time and schedules at your convenience and can work from home. Only the weekly agency meeting is compulsory.

Sales Consultant Missions

Approximately 80% of your working time will be dedicated to prospecting. In a very competitive market, you will constantly have to be on the lookout for properties to sell, make yourself known and build your network.

You will also be required to complete the following tasks:
• Contracts and negotiation
• Visits
• Purchase offers
• Sales
• Market research/competitive intelligence
• Customer, partner and supplier relations
• Technical, financial and legal advice

You will be required to use the tools made available to you by the agency (CRM real estate software, website, maps, and prospecting letters…).
